The overall management is vested with the senior management team who is working under the superintendence and control of the Board of Directors of the company. The senior management team comprises of experienced professionals to look after various functional areas. The main functions in the organisation are described below:


Operations is the most critical function of our business and is looked after by the General Manager . A team of professionals dedicated to looking after the Air Network, Ground Network and Field Operations (Pickup and Delivery) assist him. While the field operation heads are based at the respective locations, the Air and Ground Network heads are based at the corporate office to ensure nation-wide coverage through best available transit time on a cost-effective basis.


Marketing function includes marketing and sales activities. We employ the best available talent and impart regular knowledge and skill training to our marketing people. Our people are tasked not only to acquire new business, but also to focus on customer retention through relationship building and developing customised solutions. While we service high-value customers through direct channels, we utilize indirect channels for better market penetration and low-volume coverage.

Information Technology

Information flow is vital in our industry for effective Planning, Control & Implementation. Customising information requirements has been the hallmark of our success in the industry. This has been possible by integrating the latest hardware and software solutions.

Customer Service

Communication to customers on a pro-active basis helps resolve irregularities and exceptions. We provide tracking of shipments and communicating to customers on websites.

Human Resource

Being in the service industry, employee motivation and skills are the different factors. As a company, our HR processes are oriented towards quality recruitment, skills enhancement, employee retention and satisfaction.
